These Terms of Service govern your use of the Nuvigo website and any services we provide. By using our site or engaging us for a project, you agree to these terms.
2. Our services
Nuvigo designs and builds software products — web, mobile, APIs, AI, and infrastructure. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any project are set out in a separate written agreement or statement of work, which takes precedence over these terms where they differ.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to disrupt it, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse any content. For projects, you agree to provide the access, materials, and timely feedback we need to do the work.
4. Intellectual property
Our website, brand, and original content are owned by Nuvigo. Ownership of project deliverables is assigned to the client as set out in the relevant agreement, typically on full payment. Pre-existing tools and components we reuse remain ours, licensed to you for the project.
5. Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential and use it only to deliver the work. Much of our client work is under NDA — which is why projects on this site are shown without brand names.
6. Fees & payment
Fees, invoicing, and payment terms are defined in each project agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within the agreed period, and overdue payments may pause work.
7. Warranties & disclaimer
Our website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Project-specific warranties, if any, are described in the project agreement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nuvigo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts described in the relevant project agreement.
9. Termination
You may stop using our website at any time. Project engagements may be ended as described in the project agreement.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nuvigo operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
